Cancellation by Customer
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please email us at support@perchbottle.in with your order number and cancellation request. Our team will review your request, confirm the cancellation if applicable, and initiate any eligible refund.
Cancellation by Perch Bottle
Perch Bottle reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Pricing, product, or technical errors on the website
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds After Cancellation
For eligible cancelled orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
Prepaid Orders
For orders paid online, refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery orders cancelled prior to dispatch will not incur any cancellation charges.
