Return Eligibility
Most unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email support@perchbottle.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your email should include:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return
- Photos, if the item is damaged or defective
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped by Perch Bottle
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@perchbottle.in within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
